Jodi Bagge | MA, LMHCA
As a narrative-focused therapist and trained musician, I have a deep passion for nurturing relational connection and weaving it with unique creative expression.
The arts, in all their beautiful forms, have a natural and powerful way of providing space for us to connect with ourselves and others, and to help us make meaning of our lives. They create new ways to access parts of ourselves and our unique stories, and give us a way to express and communicate where words may be inaccessible.
Bearing witness to one’s own story can feel overwhelming and isolating at times, and that’s where therapy can provide support. In our sessions, we will collaboratively approach your experiences to find an integrated understanding of your past and present life. By approaching your story through a narrative-based, talk therapy lens and by utilizing expressive arts tools we will work towards helping you find a more integrated future of wellness in your unique life.
I specialize in complex trauma (individual and collective), PTSD, anxiety, depression, arts-related performance issues, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and missionary/NGO expatriate support.
I work with individuals and couples, and offer arts-based groups, gatherings, retreats, and workshops.
