INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
In sessions, we will explore all parts of your story, naming storms you've weathered and where your resilience has kept you alive.
Through talk-therapy, mind-body awareness, and expressive arts modalities, we will tend to places of harm you've experienced and work towards expanding your emotional flexibility so you can live a freer, more integrated life.
COUPLES SESSIONS
Because every relationship is unique and holds so much complexity, we will create space for each individual to voice concerns and hopes, and to share more about their unique stories and embodied experiences.
Often relational conflict is rooted in past trauma that is held deeply in our bodies and programmed responses. In spending time honoring each person’s past and present experiences and these tangled threads within our stories, the hope is that together we can locate new, helpful tools for all attendees to feel freer moving towards a resilient, integrated connection with themselves, one another, and next steps forwards.
ARTS AND WELLNESS RETREATS
I offer creative arts gatherings throughout the year and across the globe.
These gatherings provide space for individual reflection, creative inspiration, and community nourishment. Gatherings are available for public attendance or can be scheduled for private groups. TRAUMA SUPPORT & WORKSHOPS
Alongside my masters of counseling psychology, I am also a certified First Aid Arts Facilitator, and hold a concentration in Complex Trauma and Abuse. Trauma-informed workshops (typically 1-3 days) tap directly into the healing power of collective resilience and expressive arts modalities. Workshops are offered globally in-person, as well as online.
